GLS HOME DELIVERY

We will deliver your parcel to your specified address within the Czech Republic, and in 99% of cases, it will arrive on the second day after handing it over to the GLS courier. Delivery within the EU takes 2-4 working days. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

The cost for delivery in the Czech Republic to an address is 119 CZK. The prices for the European Union vary depending on the selected country.

GLS DELIVERY TO PICKUP POINTS

We will deliver your parcel to a selected GLS Parcel Shop pickup point, and in 99% of cases, it will arrive on the second day after handing it over to the GLS courier. You can choose from over 1000 Parcel Shops in the Czech Republic.

The cost for delivery to a GLS Parcel Shop pickup point is 69 CZK.

ZÁSILKOVNA HOME DELIVERY

We will deliver your parcel to your specified address within the Czech Republic, and in most cases, it will arrive within 2-3 working days after handing it over. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

The cost for delivery to an address is 119 CZK.

ZÁSILKOVNA DELIVERY TO PICKUP POINT

We will deliver your parcel to a pickup point of your choice within 1-3 working days. You can choose from over 5000 pickup points across the Czech Republic. Parcels can be collected according to the opening hours of the respective pickup point.

The cost for delivery to a pickup point is 89 CZK.

International Delivery

Within the European Union, goods are dispatched via the GLS carrier. For other countries worldwide, the official postal service is used. PAYMENT OPTIONS

ONLINE PAYMENT BY CARD

We dispatch the goods immediately after payment. Payment by card is free of charge.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT

We dispatch the goods after the money is credited to our company account. Usually the second day after the payment is made.

CASH ON DELIVERY

You can pay for your order in cash or by card upon delivery by the courier. This service is subject to a fee of 29 CZK. Customized products cannot be paid for upon delivery due to personalization.
